Get all of the ingredients ready: cook the whole grains, and if you are using a hard or soft boiled, cook that too. Slice the avocado and chop the garlic and grab a bowl.

    Ingredients

    • 1/4 to 1/2 cup cooked whole grains such as steel-cut oats barley, rice, quinoa, bulgur wheat.
    • 1 cup packed leafy greens
    • 1 teaspoon olive oil
    • 1/2 tablespoon tamari sauce
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 1 hard boiled egg
    • 1/2 of an avocado

    Instructions

    • Cook the whole grains and eggs.
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat.
