Chocolate energy bites with peanuts and dates are a naturally sweet decadant tasting chocolate snack.




  1. Remove pits from dates and place them along with peanuts and cacao powder in food processor and process until mixture forms a ball similar in texture to dough.
  2. Remove from food processor and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Roll the mixture into half inch sized balls  and roll into chopped peanuts
