Forget about the store bought peanut butter cups that are filled with unhealthy ingredients and sink your teeth into these chocolate peanut butter bites. Even though the peanut butter and chocolate are mixed together, these little bites taste just like a peanut butter cup without the fuss of keeping the peanut butter and chocolate separate.
Once you take a bite of these, you might be wondering how they can possibly be healthy because they taste so good. Trust me, they are! They are made wwith natural, wholesome ingredients.
These chocolate peanut butter bites take minutes to make and my guess is that if you make them once you will be making them again and again. We like the mini muffin sized molds, but the regular size ones will work too. Store them in the freezer or fridge. Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

- 1/2 cup natural unsweetened peanut butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of organic coconut oil melted
- 2 tablespoons organic maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons raw organic cacao powder
- 1/2 cup peanuts rough chopped
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well
- Pour into molds or small parchment lined pan
- freeze for 30 minutes
- store in freezer or fridge
