Roasted Butternut Squash and Apples

  • 1 medium butternut squash cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 3 Granny Smith Apples cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh sage cut into ribbons
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Place the Squash, apples, garlic, cinnamon in a single layer on the baking sheet
  4. Add the oil and mix well
  5. Place in the oven and bake 25 minutes until lightly browned and tender
