  • 20 Medjool dates pitted
  • ½ cup cacao powder
  1. place the walnuts into a food processor and process until crumbly
  2. add the dates and process until they form a paste
  3. add the cacao and process until forms a dough like texture
  4. spread the dough into a square 8X8 pan and sprinkle with walnuts
