Greek Pasta Salad

Greek Pasta Salad is a refreshing summer salad that’s packed with fresh vegetables, flavor and just perfect for a summer party.




  1. cook the pasta according to directions on the pasta package
  2. while pasta is cooking chop the veggies, and place the chopped cucumbers in a strainer to drain off excess moisture, then pat dry with a towel.
  3. once the pasta has been cooked and drained, place into a bowl, add the vegetables, herbs and cheese
  4. mix the dressing and pour over pasta mixture gently toss – serve cold or at room temperature


Change it up!

For a gluten-free version – use brown rice or chickpea pasta or omit pasta and add a can of drained and rinsed chickpeas.

For a diary-free version omit the cheese or substitute with goat cheese.
