Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Place all ingredients into a large mixing bowl
  3. Mix well making sure all ingredients are coated with the syrup mixture
  4. Place in a parchment lined container and press down
  5. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until edges begin to brown
  6. Allow to cool for 20 minutes and break up into pieces
