Home-style turkey meatloaf is juicy and full of flavor – the perfect comfort food.




  1. Preheat the oven to 375
  2. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat
  3. Add the 8 ounces of chopped mushrooms, 2 cup of diced onions, and 3 cloves of crushed garlic and saute until they become soft
  4. Remove the vegetables from the heat and allow them  to cool for 10 minutes
  5. Place the ground turkey, tamari, sriracha and worcestershire sauce to a bowl and mix well
  6. Add the oats and the mushrooms and mix until all ingredients are combined.
  7. Place the meat mixture into a loaf pan or shape into a loaf
  8. Mix the topping ingredients together, and spread the mixture the over top of meatloaf
  9. bake for 45 minutes until internal temperature of turkey reaches 165
