No Bake Gluten Free Fudgy Brownies

No bake brownies are moist, delicious and naturally sweet!



  • 1 1/4 cup walnut pieces
  • 20 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup organic cocoa powder


  1. place all of the ingredients into a food processor 
    the  ingredients in a food processor bowl
  2. process the ingredients into a dough like texture – it may take 3 to 4 minutes
    Ingredients blended into a paste on a spoon
  3. spread the dough into a square 8X8 pan and sprinkle with walnuts
    brownie dough spread in a pan
  4. Refrigerate for at least 20 minutes before slicing
