When I received my samples of Pom Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, my first inclination was to make a smoothie but I thought that would be too easy. I wanted to try to make something a little more creative so I made this barbecued pulled pork instead.
I had a little bit of POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate juice left in my fridge the other day and I decided to add it to my morning smoothie, and can I say I’m glad I did? Even though I was only going to enter this recipe contest once, this smoothie bowl was just too good to not share.

Pom Blueberry Smoothie Bowl
Pomegranate Blueberry smoothie bowl is a quick and healthy breakfast, perfect for busy mornings.

- Yield: 1 1x
- 1/4 cup Pom Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 handful baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop of your favorite plant-based protein powder
- Place all ingredients in a blender
- Blend until ingredients are liquefied. If the mixture is too thick add a few tablespoons of water.
- Top with chia seeds and nuts
