Slow Cooked Chicken Tostadas

Chicken Slow cooked in a mixture of coffee, chocolate, and Mexican flavors. It’s gluten free and healthy!




  1. Place the chicken, coffee, cacao powder, orange juice, tomatoes, chili powder and garlic into a slow cooker
  2. Cook on low for 4 hours
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, useĀ  two forks shred the chicken
  4. Reduce the heat on the slow cooker to warm
  5. Place the tortillas in a preheated oven 375 and bake until crispy – about 5 to 8 minutes
  6. Top the tortillas with meat, and your favorite toppings
