  1. clean and trim ends off of green beans
  2. clean and slice mushrooms
  3. combine the sauce ingredients together – a small mason jar works well for this
  4. bring a small saucepan of water to a boil and add green beans – once they turn bright green (3 to 5 minutes) drain in COLD water to stop cooking and set aside.
  5. heat wok or pan over high heat, once wok is hot add the oil
  6. add the pork and garlic breaking up pork into bits until cooked through approximately 5 to 8 minutes
  7. once cooked place pork into a bowl
  8. add the mushrooms to pan and cook until the soften stir in the meat, green beans and crushed pepper
  9. stir in sauce and cook until heated through about 2 minutes – remove from heat
  10. top with sesame seeds and serve over brown rice.
