Peach and blueberry overnight oats are made with fresh ingredients and perfect for a quick breakfast or snack on the go.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 medium peach, diced
- a handful of blueberries
Instructions
- place 1/4 cup oats into each of two eight-ounce mason jars
- next, add 1/2 tablespoon of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon nut butter and 1/2 cup water
- stir the mixture together
- add the chopped peaches and mix again
- cover the jars and place them in refrigerator overnight
- top your oats with fresh peaches, blueberries and nuts if desired
