Peach and Blueberry Overnight Oats

Peach and blueberry overnight oats are made with fresh ingredients and perfect for a quick breakfast or snack on the go.



  • 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats 
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 medium peach, diced
  • a handful of blueberries


  1. place 1/4 cup oats into each of  two eight-ounce mason jars
    two 8 ounce mason jars with rolled oats in them
  2. next, add 1/2 tablespoon of  chia seeds and 1 tablespoon  nut butter and 1/2 cup water 
    two 8 ounce mason jars with oats, chia seeds and almond butter
  3. stir the mixture together
    the oatmeal mixture mixed with water in two small jars
  4. add the chopped peaches and mix again
    two small jars of oatmeal topped with chopped peaches
  5. cover the jars and place them in refrigerator overnight
  6. top your oats with fresh peaches, blueberries and nuts if desired
