Apple Cider Pulled Pork

Enjoy the flavors of autumn with a unique twist on classic pulled pork. It's simple to make with very little prep time.

Ingredients: Boneless Pork Shoulder Apples Onion Apple Cider Chili Powder Smoked Paprika Onion Powder Garlic Powder Cinnamon Dijon Mustard

Step 1. Mix the dry rub ingredients together.

Step 2. Rub the dry rub on all sides of the meat.

Step 3. Place slices of apples and onions into a slow cooker.

Step 4. Add the meat, cover and cook on low heat.

Step 5. Shred the meat and toss in the apple cider sauce.
