Breakfast tacos are a hearty and filling breakfast that's packed with flavor and protein 

Cook chorizo in a skillet

Remove the chorizo and add the potatoes

 2.

Remove the potatoes from the skillet, add the vegetables with eggs and scramble them

 3.

Stuff the scrambled eggs, chorizo, cheese & potatoes into a warm tortilla

 4.

Or serve them in a bowl with fresh fruit on the side
