There are no set ingredients, the key is to fill up your board with  a good balance of quality ingredients such as minimally processed and nitrate free meats and cheeses with different flavors and textures.

Pile on the veggies! Use what's in season. Celery and carrots are always great stand-by options as are cherry tomatoes and bell peppers.

Add a few pickled or brined foods such as olives, pickles or hot peppers to your board and  finger foods such as nuts are a good option too.
