Pork Chops with Sauerkraut & apples

Pork chops with sauerkraut and apples is a delicious balance of textures and flavors. It's salty, tangy and slightly sweet and made in one pan!
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Once the oil & skillet are hot, add the pork chops and brown quickly on each side.
Turn the pork chops over and cook them on the other side. Remove them from the skillet.
Place sauerkraut and sliced apples into the skillet and top them with the pork chops, cover and bake.
Remove from the oven, serve and enjoy!
