Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Parmesan

Meaty portobello mushrooms are filled with crunchy panko and topped with tomato sauce and cheese. It's as filling as it is tasty even for meat lovers.

Ingredients: Olive oil Portobello mushrooms Tomatoes Garlic Parmesan cheese Mozzarella cheese Panko bread crumbs Oregano

Step 1.  Toast bread crumbs and mushroom stems in a heavy skillet

Step 2. Mix the sauce ingredients together

Step 3. Stuff the mushroom caps

Step 4. Top with tomato sauce and cheese.

Step 4. Bake until mushrooms are soft and cheese melts
