1 ½ pounds baby potatoes cups 1 tbsp olive oil 3 garlic cloves 1/2 tsp salt cracked black pepper to taste 3 tablespoons chopped rosemary
Ingredients
Add olive oil to the potatoes in a bowl. .
Next mix in the garlic and rosemary
Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
Remove the potatoes from the oven and pierce them with a fork and then "smash" them with the back of the fork.
Put them back into the oven and roast for another 15 to 20 minutes longer
