Homemade Sriracha Sauce

All it takes is a few everyday ingredients and a little bit of time to make this bright and delicious sriracha sauce recipe. 

Ingredients: red jalapeno peppers vinegar garlic sugar salt

Use a food processor to chop the jalapeno peppers and garlic


Transfer the peppers & garlic to a glass jar

After a few days watch for bubbles to appear which means it's fermenting

Let the pepper mixture ferment for 3 to 4 more days in the jar

Add the peppers and garlic mixture to a food processor with vinegar and process into a puree

Strain the liquid from the puree over a saucepan 

Simmer the liquid from the pepper puree until it begins to thicken

Pour the sauce into small jars and store in the refrigerator or freezer.
