Easy and delicious breakfast casserole is filled with fried potatoes, vegetables, cheese and eggs for a hearty healthy breakfast!

Ingredient List olive oil onions garlic powder eggs cheese potatoes mushrooms  broccoli bell pepper

Step 1.  Cook the potatoes in a skillet until golden brown

Step 2. Cook the vegetables.

Step 3. Add the potatoes, vegetables and cheese to a casserole dish and top with cheese

Step 4. Whisk the eggs and milk together and pour them over the ingredients in the casserole dish.

Step 5. Bake until the eggs are set.
