Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless loin chops at least 3/4 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed or minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 cup tamari sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Place the pork into a slow cooker.
  • Mix the ingredients for the sauce (tamari sauce, tomato paste, sesame oil, honey, ginger, garlic, and water) together.
  • Pour the sauce over the pork in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook in the slow cooker for 4 hours on low heat.
