Instructions
Place the chicken breasts into the bowl of a slow cooker and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of ranch season blend on top.
Top the chicken breasts with the Greek yogurt and cottage cheese, and sprinkle the remaining half tablespoon of seasoning blend over the top.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 3 hours.
After the cooking cycle has completed whisk the liquid ingredients together, and stir in the cheddar cheese. Cover and cook for 30 minutes longer.
Use two forks to shred the chicken add the bacon bits, top fresh herbs and serve.

Store leftover chicken in the refrigerator for up to 4 days in an airtight container.Freeze leftover chicken in a freezer-safe container for up to three months.
