Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • TOPPING

TOPPING

  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup softened butter
  • 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 350
  • place the berries to a bowl and stir in 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • evenly distribute the berries into 4 ramekins
  • mix the topping by placing all ingredients into a bowl and mashing with a fork or pastry cutter until crumbly
  • top each ramekin with the crumble mixture
  • bake for 30 minutes

Notes

Make it Gluten-Free:

  • Use almond flour in place of whole wheat flour and gluten-free oats

Make it Vegan:

  • Use coconut oil instead of butter
