Remove the pits from the dates and place them along with peanuts and cacao powder in the food processor. Process until the mixture forms a large ball similar to the texture of cookie dough.
Remove the dough from the food processor and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Roll the mixture into half-inch-sized balls and roll into chopped peanuts.
Notes
