Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon allspice
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder

Instructions

  • Mix all of the spices together with a spoon or shake them up in a jar

Notes

Store Caribbean spice blend at room temperature for up to 6 months.
