Use a sharp knife to slice the avocado all the way around. Gently twist it and pull it apart.
Use a spoon to scoop under the pit to remove it.
Scoop out the flesh of the avocado by scooping it out with a spoon.
Cut the avocado halves into wedges
Mix the panko and spices together in a shallow bowl
Dredge each avocado slice in the panko and place them onto the air fryer basket
Preheat the air fryer to 400 and bake for 8 minutes until golden brown
NOTE: Air-fryers are different, you may need a few minutes more or less to cook depending on your air fryer.
