Prepare the fixings; slice the tomatoes, onions, avocados and cheese. Clean and dry the lettuce.
Preheat a grill over medium to high heat, once the grill is hot add the burgers to the grill. Reduce the heat to medium; cover the grill and cook the burgers for 5 minutes.
Flip the burgers and check the temperature of the burgers. cook them until they reach 145 degrees, add the slices of cheese and cook until the cheese has melted and the burgers are cooked to 160 degrees f.
Assemble the burgers; spread ketchup on one side of the bun and mustard on the other. Top the bun with a cooked burger and add a slice of tomato, onion, bacon, avocado, lettuce and pickles.
