Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1/2 habanero pepper adjust to your taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 clove garlic - crushed or minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  • Cut the mango, onion, garlic, and pepper, squeeze the juice from 1/2 of a lime.
  • Place all of the chopped ingredients into a small mixing bowl and add the lime juice.
  • Ccombine all of the ingredients and refrigerate until it's time to serve.

Notes

Store mango salsa in the refrigerator in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
