Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural no sugar added peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons tamari sauce
  • 2 teaspoons ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Grate the garlic and ginger with a microplane or mince it into small pieces.
  • Add the garlic and ginger to a bowl along with the remaining ingredients.
  • Use a whisk or a wooden spoon to mix the ingredients into a creamy sauce. Adjust with more water if the sauce is thick.

Notes

Store peanut sauce in the refrigerator for up to three weeks. Freeze it for up to three months. Defrost frozen peanut sauce in the fridge.
