1cupvegetable broth or your favorite light craft beer
1chipotle chili pepper in adobo sauce that has been chopped
2teaspoonscumin
1teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Chop the onions, garlic and chipotle chili pepper
Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and mix well
cook on low heat for 5 to 6 hours
