Ingredients
1poundof boneless chicken breasts
1tablespoonolive or avocado oil
2clovesof garlic
1medium sized head of broccoliabout 3 cups florets
1/2cupwhite wine or low sodium chicken broth
1 1/2tablespoonsof fresh lemon juice

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees F.
Prepare the ingredients: chop the 2 cloves of garlic, broccoli and squeeze 2 tablespoons of juice from the lemon. Slice the lemon and set everything aside.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium to high heat. Once the oil is hot, add the chicken breasts and sear for 5 minutes on one side. Flip the chicken over, add the chopped garlic and cook for 3 to 5 minutes longer until it begins to turn golden.
Reduce the heat to low and stir in the `1/2 cup wine and lemon juice.
Add the broccoli place lemon slices on top of the chicken and cover.
Place the covered pan in the oven and bake for 15 minutes
Remove the cover and bake for about 5 minutes longer or until the chicken is cooked through 165 degrees.
