Instructions

  • Peel 1 Butternut Squash and cut it in half horizontally at the bottom of the thin or neck portion. Then cut each half in half vertically and scoop out the seeds.
  • Cut each of the quarters into slices that are aobut 3/4 inch thick. Place each piece into strips, similar to french fries. You can also use a crinkle cutter to cut them with crinkled edges.
  • Place the fries into a mixing bowl and add 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1/8 teaspoon Cinnamon, 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil and toss to coat all of the fries. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees f.
  • Arrange the coated fries in an air fryer basket or tray and cook for 15 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.

Serve with salsa or dipping sauce. 
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
