Prepare the ingredients: chop the tomatoes, onions and pickles; set aside. Rinse the lettuce and dry it throughly.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, reduce to medium heat, add the ground beef and steak seasoning. Cook the beef until it's cooked through.
Drain or blot the excess fat from the beef and assemble the wraps by layering a spoonful of ground beef on lettuce leaves, top with cheese and toppings. Add your favorite condiments and enjoy.
