Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound chicken cooked and shredded - about 1 cup
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter unsalted
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce such as Frank's
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbled
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese grated

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients: shred or chop the chicken, prepare 1 tablespoon melted butter, shred the cheddar cheese and break the blue cheese into crumbles. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Stir the melted butter into the hot sauce and pour it over the shredded chicken in a bowl. Stir until the chicken is completely covered with the hot sauce mixture
  • Add the 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 teaspoon ranch seasoningand 1/4 cup blue cheese to the bowl with the chicken; mix all of the ingredients together.
  • Spread the dip into a small oven-proof casserole dish and top with 1/4 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • Bake the casserole for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until the dip is heated through and the cheese has melted.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to four days in an airtight container.
Make Ahead Instructions
This is an easy dip to make ahead of time! Mix all of the ingredients together and store them in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
When it's time to serve the dip, bring it to room temperature and bake in a preheated 375-degree f oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Store leftover chicken dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat in the oven or microwave.
