Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 3 ounces of blue cheese

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a small mixing bowl.
  • Use a fork or a wooden spoon, mash the blue cheese into crumbles and combine it with the other ingredients.

Notes

For best results store the dressing in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
Store leftover dressing in the refrigerator for up to a week.
