Place the chicken into an ovenproof dish along with enough water to cover the bottom. Sprinkle the chicken with sea salt and black pepper
Cover the dish and place it in the oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature fo 165 degrees.
Once the chicken is cooked throgh, remove it from the oven and let it cool off for 5 to 10 minutes before shredding it with two forks.
Notes
