Rinse, dry and trim 1 Head Broccoli; cut into bite sized pieces
Chop the garlic and squeeze the juice from one half of the lemon and cut the second half of the lemon into thin slices.
Toss the broccoli in 1 1/2 Tablespoons Olive Oil and arrange it on a parchment lined baking sheet with the lemon slices.
Drizzle the lemon juice over the broccoli; place into the oven and roast for 10 minutes.
Remove the broccoli from the oven add the garlic and roast 5 to 10 minutes longer until it reaches your preferred texture.

Serve as a side dish or over pasta, whole grains for a vegetarian meal.
