Prepare the ingredients: chop or shred the chicken, and shred the cheese
Melt the butter in a pan and stir in the hot sauce.
Add the chicken to the hot sauce butter mixture and stir to combine ensuring that the chicken is covered with the hot sauce mixture.
Place a prepared flatbread or pizza crust onto a pizza stone and spread the chicken mixture on top, then top with cheese.
Place the pizza into the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes until cheese melts, top with green onion slices and serve
