Rinse, dry and cut the potatoes in half. Measure the oil and seasoning blend. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees f.
Combine the potatoes, oil and seasoning blend in a large bowl.
Arrange the potato halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket or tray. Once the air fryer reaches 400 degrees, place the potatoes in the air fryer and set the timer to cook for 20 minutes.
Check the potatoes after 12 minutes and flip the potatoes over.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes longer until they become golden brown.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees f.
Arrange the oil coated and seasoned baby potatoes on a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake the potatoes in the oven for 15 minutes, remove them from the oven and flip them over.
