Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Any combination of chopped tomatoes, veggies or fruit
  • 1/2 cup Onion diced
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 handful Fresh herbs
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice Juice of one lime
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Instructions

  • Chop up the veggies, onion and jalapeno pepper.
  • Add a handful of chopped fresh herbs of choice.
  • Add the lime juice and olive oil; mix the ingredients together, taste and adjust.
