Freshly made salsa doesn’t freeze well because the texture can be watery. But Cooked salsa can be frozen for later.
To make salsa less spicy, be sure to remove all of the seeds and the white ribs from the pepper. You can also less jalapeno pepper or a milder pepper such as poblano, or Anaheim peppers.
Plum or Roma tomatoes are the best tomatoes to use when making salsa due to their lower water content. But any tomato can be used.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups Any combination of chopped tomatoes, veggies or fruit
- 1/2 cup Onion diced
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 handful Fresh herbs
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice Juice of one lime
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Olive oil
Instructions
