Mince 3 tablespoons minced onions and add them to a bowl with the1 pound ground chicken breast.
Add 1 tablespoon homemade Caribbean Jerk Seasoning and 1 tablespoon tamari sauce to the chicken and onions and mix everything together.
Form the chicken into four patties using your hands or a burger press.
Preheat the grill or a grill pan to medium to high heat. Cook the patties for 5 to 6 minutes on one side and flip them over. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes longer or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.

TIPS:
Chill the patties to firm them up before grilling
Add a little 2 to 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs for structure.
Prevent sticking and brush the grill grates with olive oil before cooking
If patties resist flipping after 5 minutes, let them cook a little longer. They will release once they are ready.
