Rinse and dry the cucumbers and tomatoes. Cut the olives and tomatoes in half.
Use a sharp knife to slice the cucumber into slices that are about 1/4 inch thick.
Arrange the cucumber slices on top of a serving tray and use a teaspoon to spoon on enough hummus to almost cover the cucumber.
Sprinkle each slice with the seasoning and top them with slices each one with a slice of olive or tomato.

Variations & Swaps
Yogurt or Tzatziki: Use thick Greek yogurt or tzatziki in place of hummus. Top with parsley and sesame seeds, or red onion and dill.
Guacamole: Layer guacamole over the hummus and finish with diced jalapeños and olives.
Spicy: Mix cayenne or red pepper flakes into the hummus for a little heat.
Cream Cheese or Cottage Cheese: Use either one instead of hummus and top with garlic powder, chopped tomatoes, and basil.
Greek-Style: Stir ¼ cup of crumbled feta into the hummus before adding it to the cucumbers.
Change the Base: Swap cucumber for zucchini slices, radish rounds, endive leaves, or mini bell peppers.
Switch the Toppings: Try za’atar, sesame seeds, Cajun blend, chili powder, or a drizzle of olive oil. Roasted red peppers or a pinch of flaky salt also work well.
