Use a sharp knife to trim off the top of the garlic bulb exposing the cloves. This will make it easier to squeeze out the garlic cloves later.
Place the prepared garlic bulb on parchment paper and drizzle it with olive oil. Gently brush or rub the oil into the garlic.
Wrap the parchment paper tightly and secure it with twine. Place the head of garlic in an air fryer basket or tray and palace int a preheated air fryer at 400 degrees f.
Air fry until the garlic cloves are soft, which will be approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Cooking time can vary depending on the model of your air fryer.
