How to make 4 ingredient peanut butter blossoms

Prepare: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees f.

STEP 1: Use a whisk or fork to beat the egg in a medium-sized mixing bowl.

STEP 2: Add the sugar and peanut butter and stir to combine with a wooden spoon,

STEP 3: Use a cookie scoop or two teaspoons to drop the cookies onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

STEP 4: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the cookies from the oven and top each one with a chocolate kiss or chocolate chunk.

How to store the cookies

After the cookies have fully cooled, keep them in an airtight container at room temperature. Stack them in layers (separating them with parchment paper) and they’ll last up to a week.

For longer storage, place cookies on a baking sheet and freeze them for up to three months. Once they’re solid, transfer them to a reusable bag for storage up to three months. When you’re ready to eat, let them thaw at room temperature and enjoy.

  • 1 cup natural peanut butter unsweetened
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 16 dark chocolate kisses or chocolate chunks

Instructions
