Ingredients
- 1 Pint fresh blueberries
- 3 cups chopped watermelon (about one half of a small watermelon)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles
Instructions
- chop the fruit and place it into a bowl
- combine 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil, 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon maple syrup in a jar or small bowl and mix it up.
- pour the dressing over the fruit just before serving and top with 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles and chopped mint and basil
